Nitrogen and Oxygen Generators
- Membrane Generator: The selective membranes permeation property is adopeted to separate/concentrate gaseous molecules. Complete packaged membrane nitrogen generators can be supplied. The membrane and the process’ core is selected between the international premium brand producers. Through advanced calculating software Sinergia select the most effective membrane under specific project conditions.
- PSA Generator: Sinergia has gained experience and skills in the pressure swing adsorption technology, manufacturing dryers since 2006. As a natural evolution of this know-how, Sinergia effectively started to manufacture PSA nitrogen and oxygen generators.
Sinergia internally selects and tests, on a pilot unit, the different molecular sieves supplied by main international manufacturers to grant the best performance to the clients.
- Cryogenic Generator: Sinergia, in partnership with a cold-box engineering company, has integrated its supply range of technical gases generators with cryogenic systems. These are typically composed of air compression and air pre-treatment stages, part of Sinergia core business, combined with the “cold” portion of the system, partially outsourced and integrated into the overall project.
Sinergia’s scope also includes the engineering of the overall project, with all the mechanical/control inter-connections.
The cryogenic generator can deliver nitrogen and oxygen, both liquid and gaseous, at very high purity due to the fractionation of liquid air in the column of the cold box. This system can be integrated with liquid storage, vaporizers, re-compression of gaseous production and bottling systems.
